In this Episode 17: Kick Scarcity Away!, I discuss:
*the prevalent way that most of the world see the world, and that there is 'only so much' to go around for everyone
*that this scarcity mindset is holding you back from where you want to be in your Life
*the limiting belief of not having enough time, money, or resources is just not true
Today, the first time you find yourself moving towards a scarcity mindset (I don't have enough, I'm not enough, I wish I had more time, money, etc.), STOP.
Then ask yourself this question: is it TRUE?
Like I mean, is is REALLY true, or is it a limiting belief that's holding you back.
If the answer is YES, then I would encourage you to let it go.
Shfiting your mindset is like building muscle. It can take time. But the more you catch yourself in it and making that change, the easier it will become over time.
