*that time is not relevant, but how we USE our time is what matter most
*when you get clear on WHAT you want, you learn to start saying NO (and therefore freeing up time) to the things that don't fit
1. Make a list over the next 24 hours of exactly HOW you use your time-what you do and how long it takes you to do each thing.
2. Take a look at that list, to see where you are wasting time, being consumed in distractions, and the spaces where your time could be spent on the things that matter most in your Life.
3. See what you need to let go of and start saying NO to in your life.
